These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Lucidity Web-Based Assessment Incentive Program (“Program”) offered by Lucidity, Inc. (“Lucidity,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By participating, the recipient (“Participant” or “You”) agrees to the following:
To qualify for the $500 reward, all of the following conditions must be met:
1. Assessment Scope: The assessment must be run on 500 virtual machines (VMs) or more within a single cloud environment.
2. Block Storage Utilization Threshold: The assessment results must show an average cloud block storage utilization of 60% or higher across the assessed environment.
3. Completion Timeline: The assessment must be fully completed within 15 days of the start date (i.e., the day the assessment is initiated).
4. Accurate Data: Participants must provide accurate, truthful environment data. Lucidity reserves the right to request evidence (e.g., screenshots, reports) to verify results.
5. One Reward Per Organization: Only one $500 reward may be claimed per company, regardless of the number of participants or assessments run.
6. Geographic Eligibility: The Program may not be available in all regions. Lucidity reserves the right to restrict participation based on local laws or compliance requirements.
1. Participants who meet all eligibility requirements will receive a one-time reward of $500 USD.
2. Rewards will be disbursed in the form of electronic gift card, prepaid card, or ACH transfer, at Lucidity’s discretion.
3. Rewards are typically issued within 30 days after Lucidity verifies assessment results.
1. Participants are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes associated with the reward.
2. Lucidity does not provide tax advice; please consult your tax advisor for guidance.
3. Lucidity may collect tax documentation if required by local laws (e.g., W-9 for U.S. recipients).
1. Verification Rights
Lucidity may require validation of:
1. VM count
2. Utilization results
3. Assessment completion timeline: Rewards may be withheld if validation is not possible.
2. Fair Use & Good-Faith Participation: Participants may not artificially modify, restrict, or manipulate the environment to meet eligibility criteria.
3. No Purchase Necessary: Participation in the Program does not require purchasing Lucidity products or services.
4. Program Changes: Lucidity may modify, pause, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
5. Disqualification: Lucidity reserves the right to disqualify participants for:
1. Fraudulent activity
2. Misrepresentation
3. Violation of these Terms
4. Abuse of the Program
1. Assessment data will be used solely to generate insights, calculate utilization metrics, and confirm eligibility for the reward.
2. No personally identifiable information will be shared publicly.
3. All data will be processed in accordance with Lucidity’s Privacy Policy.
Lucidity is not responsible for:
1. Technical issues preventing completion of the assessment.
2. Errors in data input or misconfigured environments.
3. Ineligibility due to misinterpretation of requirements.
4. Participation is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.
By running the assessment and submitting results for consideration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
